2. Strictly Defensive & Educational Purpose

CyberExpert.in is built exclusively for defensive security posture analysis, scam detection, and public awareness. You agree NEVER to utilize CyberExpert or its scanning endpoints to:

• Attempt denial-of-service (DoS) or exhaust server resources.
• Probe private, internal, or non-routable corporate networks (SSRF attacks).
• Conduct unlawful reconnaissance or unauthorized security exploitation.
• Harass individuals or impersonate government or financial agencies.

3. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

CyberExpert.in is an independent platform and is NOT affiliated with, certified by, or operated by the Government of India, the Indian Police, CBI, ED, RBI, or any law enforcement agency.

4. Limitation of Liability

CyberExpert provides automated risk assessments based on heuristic rules and public DNS/TLS observations. We do not guarantee that any analyzed communication is 100% legitimate or fraudulent. Under no circumstances shall CyberExpert.in or its creators be liable for financial loss, data loss, or damages resulting from reliance on our analysis.
